Hi3G has awarded a contract to ZTE to deliver the next stage of the LTE infrastructure network as it builds out the LTE TDD/FDD dual-mode network in Sweden. Under new contract, ZTE will deliver the SDR-based infrastructure equipment to upgrade the operator’s 3G network in Sweden.

Airtel selects NSN to manage TD-LTE network in Maharashtra, India
Indian telecom service provider, Bharti Airtel has selected Nokia Siemens Networks to build and operate its TD-LTE network in Maharashtra, one of the country’s largest telecom circles. Clearwire to launch TD-LTE network in June 2013
Clearwire plans to roll-out LTE next year. Operator intends to have its first wave of TD-LTE 5,000 cell sites up and running by June 2013, FierceWireless reported earlier.
