Taiwan’s telecom operator Far EasTone has chosen Ericsson as a LTE supplier for LTE Radio and Core Network. Ericsson will provide hardware, software and support services, rolling out a multi-access RAN and core network for both 3G and 4G services, as well as assisting with network optimization.

dtac Launches LTE in Thailand with Ericsson
dtac TriNet has announced the launch of LTE network for its users in Thailand. dtac TriNet, a subsidiary of Thailand’s mobile operator dtac, has selected Ericsson to deploy a 4G/LTE network. The LTE rollout began in February 2014 and is being deployed in on 2100MHz frequency band.

DNA Selects Ericsson For LTE Expansion in Finland
Finnish operator DNA has signed a deal with Ericsson to supply a new, nationwide LTE 800 MHz network and to improve existing 4G, 3G and 2G networks. The LTE network is expected to cover 80 percent of Finland’s population by the end of 2014.
Telenor Myanmar Names Ericsson Network Supplier & Awards Managed Services Contract
Mobile operator Telenor has awarded a 5-year contract to Ericsson for multivendor managed services to support Telenor’s nationwide network rollout in Myanmar. Late last year, Telenor also signed a frame agreement with Ericsson to supply radio-access network (RAN)
