SmartSky Starts Deploying 4G LTE Air-to-Ground Network
Aviation communications provider SmartSky Networks has started deployment of the airborne 4G LTE-based air-to-ground (ATG) network. USA carrier T-Mobile has completed live field testing of mobile broadband data session using License Assisted Access (LAA) on its commercial network.
