ZTE Supports Algérie Télécom’s FDD LTE Infrastructure in 14 Provinces

ZTE has announced that the company, as one of the main solution providers for Algérie Télécom’s FDD-LTE network, is responsible for the infrastructure in 14 provinces, including the capital city Alger.

Algérie Télécom, Nokia Announce Commercial LTE Network Deployment in Algeria

Nokia has deployed commercial LTE network in Algeria for the state-owned operator, Algérie Télécom. Under the contract, Nokia provided its Single RAN Advanced solution based on its Flexi Multiradio 10 Base Station for the LTE network.

Algerie Telecom Launches LTE Service for Business Customers

Algerian telecom operator, Algerie Telecom has officially launched LTE service in the country. Operator aims to deploy eNodeB 2000 sites in late 2015. In the first phase of deployment, Algerie Telecom  has deployed eNodeB 200 sites spread over 48 provinces.
