GALAXY Note II comes with 1.6GHz Quad-Core processor, 3,100mAh battery and HSPA Plus or 4G LTE connectivity. With 3G, Note supports HSPA+ 21Mbps (HSDPA 21Mbps / HSUPA 5.76Mbps) where as for 4G LTE 100Mbps/ 50Mbps.
The Note is powered by Android™ 4.1, Jelly Bean and has memory options of 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB with an expandable micro SD memory slot. The GALAXY Note II features an 8 megapixel rear-facing and 1.9 megapixel front-facing camera with HD video recording.The new Galaxy Note, like its predecessor, comes with a stylus called the S Pen. The new S Pen is longer, thicker and is said to be ergonomically designed for the perfect grip.
Available in Marble White or Titanium Gray color options, the Samsung GALAXY Note II is set to launch in October starting in major European, Asian, and Middle East markets.
The GALAXY Note isn’t among the phones that Apple is asking a judge to ban from the US, after a jury in California ruled last week that some of Samsung’s Android phones violated Apple patents. The jury awarded Apple $1 billion in damages in a high-profile case that could force Samsung and other Android phone makers to rethink their designs.
