Sprint Opens LTE Network in 11 More Cities

U.S. mobile service provider Sprint has launched 4G LTE network in 11 new cities/counties in Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. With today’s expansion, Sprint now offers LTE service in 43 markets. 

U.S. mobile service provider Sprint has launched 4G LTE network in 11 new cities/counties in Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. With today’s expansion, Sprint now offers LTE service in 43 markets. 

Sprint’s new LTE markets are: Anderson, Ind.; Clarke County, Va./Jefferson County, W.Va.;Harrisburg/Carlisle/Hershey, Pa.; Hagerstown, Md./Martinsburg, W.Va.; Harrisonburg, Va.; Muncie, Ind.; Peabody, Mass.; Salina, Kan.; Shenandoah County, Va.; South Bend/Mishawaka, Ind.; Winchester, Va.

“We are pleased to deliver our new 4G LTE network to more Sprint customers,” said Bob Azzi, senior vice president-Network, Sprint. 

Sprint has already announced more than 125 cities where Sprint 4G LTE is on its way, including Boston; Charlotte, N.C.; Indianapolis; Los Angeles; Memphis, Tenn.; Miami; Nashville, Tenn.; New Orleans; New York; Philadelphia; and Washington, D.C.
