Regional USA operator Cellcom has launched its 4G LTE network in seven areas of Northeast and Central Wisconsin. The first phase of Cellcom’s 4G LTE rollout includes cell sites in Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Wausau, and parts of Oconto and Marinette Counties.
Regional USA operator Cellcom has launched its 4G LTE network in seven areas of Northeast and Central Wisconsin. The first phase of Cellcom’s 4G LTE rollout includes cell sites in Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Wausau, and parts of Oconto and Marinette Counties.
According to the operator, Cellcom customers also have access to 4G LTE in over 230 cities across the United States, including Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago and Minneapolis. Additional cell sites in Northeast and Central Wisconsin will light up throughout 2012 as the company continues its 4G rollout.
Operator also has started offering Novatel MiFi 4510, a LTE mobile hotspot product. The MiFi allows you to connect up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices to the Internet and can toggle to 3G when away from the 4G LTE network. The device is available for $49.95 on promotion with a two-year agreement. This device can be used with either of Cellcom’s Mobile Broadband Internet plans (3 GB of data for $35 per month or 5 GB of data for $60 per month).
