According to BNamericas, UNE expects to launch the bidding process to select the network infrastructure provider during November.
UNE EPM won country’s 2.5 GHz spectrum auction in June, 2010, enabling it to offer mobile Internet and content services.
Operator already offers fixed-line and pay-TV services, and also offers mobile telephony services in association with Tigo.
